Work Hours
In most cases, NHK Spring Precision’s 4-day a week schedule for production is:
1st shift
4:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. Monday–Thursday
2nd shift
2:25 P.M. to 12:55 A.M. Monday–Thursday
However, sometimes the work schedule can change to meet customer needs. Therefore, all team members MUST be available to work any shift, plus overtime, including some Saturdays and Sundays.
