Production / Machine Operator

$16.00/hr. (starting)

Great position for those with a strong work record and previous machine operation experience. Candidates will work on a fast paced manufacturing setting and must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be available to work any shift, plus overtime. Starting pay is $16.00 an hour upon completion of an introductory period with potential to be nearly $20.00 an hour.

Logistics / Material Handler

$16.00/hr. (starting)

An exceptional entry-level position in our Logistics Department. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, storing incoming materials, inventory, forklift operations and other duties. Successful candidates must have a minimum of six months of logistics experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting and must be available to work any shift, plus overtime. Starting pay is $16.00 an hour upon completion of an introductory period with potential to be $20.00 an hour.

ERP Coordinator

Skill Based Salary

Candidates must have the ability to understand the relationship between ERP system and supply chain management. Responsibilities include exploiting ERP system as a liaison who performs the creation and finalization of Planning, Analysis, and Requirements required by various departments; accountability for the successful delivery of business functionality within the realm of the projects as well as training users and providing technical support for ERP System. Good written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills are critical. Salary based on skill.

Work Hours

In most cases, NHK Spring Precision’s 4-day a week schedule for production is:

1st shift

4:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.
Monday–Thursday

2nd shift

2:25 P.M. to 12:55 A.M.
Monday–Thursday

However, sometimes the work schedule can change to meet customer needs. Therefore, all team members MUST be available to work any shift, plus overtime, including some Saturdays and Sundays.
